We are looking for a person who can oversee the Charter Bus Department<\/p>\n<p>1) Office Skills<br \/>\n*Basic computer &amp; good communication skills, especially with clients.<br \/>\n*Document management with strong attention to details for such things as:\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0 -setting up tour files<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0-drivers\u2019 drug tests<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0-drivers\u2019 log books (applicant must be a detail-oriented person who can handle a large amount of\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0paperwork)<br \/>\n*Daily dispatching &amp; coordinating drivers\/charter buses.<br \/>\n2) Oversee drivers &amp; mechanics (mechanical background\/skills a big plus!)<\/p>\n<p>This position is not a typical 9-5 job.\u00a0\u00a0Applicants must be willing to work off-hours, weekends &amp; willing to be on-call.
