HR Operations\/ Employee Relations Specialist<\/strong> – for a major Japanese
\nenergy-related company in Arlington, VA ($50K ~ ). Duties: Responsible
\nfor creating, modifying and implementing company’s HR policies and
\nregulations. Responsible for international employee relation. Req: HR
\ndegree or certifications, fluent in English, business level Japanese,
\nbusiness experience in Japan or with Japanese company, more than 5 years
\nof experience in the field, and familiarity with federal and state (VA)
\nregulation is a MUST.<\/p>\n
