The Employee Loyalty Corporate Caretaker is responsible for the field and is responsible for a wide range of personal and professional requirements for this client account. Duties include extensive planning, event tickets, gift/restaurant recommendations and coordination services. Must be energetic, polished and creative. You will join a dynamic team, eager to offer a service that meets the highest expectations of our customers.

This position reports directly to the Regional Concierge Manager. The concierge will be stationed at our client site in New York, NY.

ASSIGNMENTS

The Employee Loyalty Corporate Concierge is responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests, including scheduling errands, making arrangements, booking and running errands.

Accountabilities

  • Strive to Meet the Expectations of the Customer by providing services beyond the expectations of the employees.
  • Be the face and ambassador of John Paul and the concierge program to the corporate employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule client by concierge teammates.
  • Research, arranging, and providing ticketing for activities such as dining, tours, entertainment, accommodations, rentals, gifts, sporting events, transportation.
  • Local occasional run errands such as shopping, waiting in customer homes for vendors, pet care, and more, throughout the New York metropolitan area. A MetroCard will be provided.
  • Provide items for sale, gift cards, and stamps.
  • Manage local vendor relationships and forge vendor partnerships that enhance the concierge program and provide value-add to our customers.
  • Develop content for monthly program newsletters.
  • Share insight / feedback received through interactions with the customer members to the Manager.
  • Adhere to account program rules and requirements
  • Ensure that all customers are engaged in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all invoicing and reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Executes all marketing initiatives within the guidelines set by manager and client.
  • Escalates any and all issues to direct supervisor immediately.
  • Follow up on services rendered and document to customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in achieving team goals and offer support to teammates whenever necessary.
  • Adhere to PCI compliance, standard punctuality and compliance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Possess an exemplary positive attitude and professionalism, be creative and solution-focused, and be committed to providing unparalleled customer service
  • Professional in phone and written communications
  • Excels in excellent client and associate relations.
  • College degree and / or previous experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Travel and Tourism Industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
  • Respect for deadlines
  • Proficient in Outlook, Office products, and Internet browsing
  • Proficient with handling cash and receipts
  • Familiarity with the New York metropolitan area.
