Job Description |
As a future manager candidate for Production Department, initial 1-2 years will be spent learning the processes and employees of the department through assisting in various sectors of the production plant, and aims to be an upper position with more responsibilities. The positions ideal career path is set-forth as below : After 1 year: Production Line Leader After 2 years: Production Supervisor After 3 years and later: Will be trained at group headquarters in Japan. Then, after returning to the U.S., will manage and supervise staff and show successful results as Assistant Manager or Manager or other managerial role. 【Warehouse】
