POSITION:  Japanese Language Instructor – 1 YR Contract

Essential Responsibilities: 

Teaching first and second year Japanese courses as well as other courses related to the field. Other responsibilities include: student advising, involvement in curriculum development and revision, evaluation and hiring of adjunct faculty as needed for the Japanese program, as well as the development of activities to enhance the department’s presence on campus and the recruitment of students.  Faculty members are expected to be involved in division and campus meetings, committees and other community activities as well.
