Brief description:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Advising and Marketing, the Study Abroad Advisor will conduct all marketing and student advising activities for the study abroad program in their assigned portfolio. These activities will include but will not limited to managing application, enrollment, and registration processes. The Study Abroad Advisor will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective student orientation and re-entry support programs for students participating in Study Abroad. This position will contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for all study abroad programs on campus, including information sessions, printed and web-based information and promotional materials, and the flow of study abroad related information to the division coordinator of social media presence. This position will support efforts to increase the number of students studying abroad at DePaul and to offer service of outstanding quality to students, ensuring student satisfaction and proper academic fit throughout the entire study abroad experience.
