Administrative Professional (Bilingual JPN/ENG, preferred):
We’re looking for a full-time administrative professional with a great attitude, in-depth knowledge of office procedures, dogged persistence, expert communication skills, and the utmost discretion. From payroll and creation of sensitive documents to the dissemination of essential information to key team members, our ideal candidate will be committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right. You’ll interact with all levels of management while providing critical administrative support to keep things moving forward; you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- This position requires heavy usage of Excel and Word; it is also essential that you are comfortable evaluating high volumes of data in order to discern the critical points.
- You need to be proficient in typical office software packages, have proven strong organizational skills, and be enthusiastic about working across cultural boundaries.
- Experience with immigration, general legal activities, insurance and/or payroll is desirable.
- The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload, so we need a quick learner and great communicator who works well under pressure.
English Language and Cultural Instructor:
We’re looking for a part-time English language and cultural instructor to train busy executives. In this position, you’ll work in manufacturing facilities and corporate boardrooms, and will facilitate understanding while also helping your students communicate across cultural borders. The instructor will work closely with our client contacts to develop and implement a flexible curriculum that focuses on cultural fluency and effective verbal and non-verbal communication.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is an experienced teacher who enjoys working with people of varied backgrounds, has some knowledge of manufacturing environments, and believes that mutual understanding is the first step to mutual success.

Japanese/English Translator and Interpreter:
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (Japanese, and English) translator/interpreter with excellent communication skills to provide support to management in an automotive environment.
In this position, you will translate documents, such as e-mails and meeting notes, and will also be expected to serve as an interpreter at meetings and on conference calls. You will be a vital link in the management chain, providing support to busy executives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to interpreting for business-related activities, you may also be called upon for personal support issues such as assisting executives in procuring emergency health care, transportation, and accommodation.
Requirements:
- You’ll need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite, be confident in your language abilities, and be willing to work overtime when the project requires it.
- Our ideal candidate relishes a challenge, has some knowledge of automotive terminology, enjoys working in a multicultural environment, and has a combination of creativity, dedication, and flexibility.
